En İyi Uluslararası Film kategorisinde 15 film öne çıktı. Listede Close (Belçika), Decision to Leave (Güney Kore), All Quiet on the Western Front (Almanya), Alejandro G. Iñárritu'nun Bardo (Meksika) ve Pakistan'a kategorideki ilk kısa listeye giren filmini veren Joyland yer alıyor.
81 şarkı arasından seçilen 15 şarkı En İyi Orijinal Şarkı kategorisi için seçildi. Listede Rihanna’nın Black Panther: Wakanda Forever için yaptığı Lift Me Up, Lady Gaga’nın Top Gun: Maverick için seslendirdiği Hold My Hand ve Where the Crawdads Sing filmindeki Carolina şarkısıyla Taylor Swift yer aldı. En İyi Görsel Efekt listesi ise Avatar: The Way of Water, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ve Top Gun: Maverick dahil olmak üzere dokuz filmi içeriyor.
